Terms of service.

Shoots are booked and scheduled online. The property should be photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time.

Aerial imagery is captured where authorized and remains subject to weather, airspace approval and applicable flight restrictions.

Delivered media is licensed to the ordering agent for marketing the subject property. Eddie Shoots DMV retains copyright and may use the media in its own portfolio and marketing.
